Terms of Service

By accessing or using the website at https://karnova.in or engaging Karnova's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Services

Karnova provides web design, web development, SEO, and related digital services (“Services”) to clients across India. The scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing of each project are defined in a written proposal or agreement provided before work begins.

2. Payment Terms

  • All projects require a 50% advance payment before work begins.
  • The remaining 50% is due upon project completion and before final files are delivered or the website goes live.
  • Payments are non-refundable once design and development work has commenced, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • We accept UPI, bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS), and Razorpay.

3. Project Scope & Changes

Any changes to the agreed project scope (“scope creep”) — including additional pages, features, or significant design revisions — will be quoted separately and must be agreed in writing before work begins.

Each project includes up to 3 rounds of design revisions. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate and complete content, images, and brand assets on time.
  • Reviewing and approving deliverables within agreed timeframes.
  • Ensuring all content provided is legally owned or licensed by the client.

Delays caused by late client feedback may extend project timelines without penalty to Karnova.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of full payment, the client receives full ownership of the final deliverables (code, design files, and content created by Karnova specifically for the project). Karnova retains the right to display the project in its portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed.

Karnova retains ownership of any reusable frameworks, libraries, or tools used in the development process that are not specific to the client's project.

6. Warranty & Support

All projects include a 30-day bug-fix warranty after launch. This covers issues caused by our code — not by client modifications, third-party plugin conflicts, or hosting issues. After 30 days, ongoing support is available through our monthly maintenance plans.

7. Limitation of Liability

Karnova's liability is limited to the total amount paid by the client for the specific project in question. We are not liable for indirect losses, including lost revenue or business opportunities arising from use of the delivered website.

8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep all shared business information, pricing, and project details confidential. We will not disclose your business information to third parties without your consent.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The “Last updated” date reflects the current version. Continued use of our services after changes implies acceptance.
